TEC provides developmental therapy to babies and young children with special needs ages birth through 4 years old. TEC partners with families and caregivers by developing strategies and activities during daily routines at home and in the community. Early Interventionist are highly qualified with expertise in child development. Children are referred through Tennessee’s Early Intervention System (TEIS).
