AT Project for Education

The Assistive Technology Project (ATP) addresses student needs related to assistive technology (AT) by providing training, consultation, and coaching services, as well as individualized guidance to families, educators, schools, and districts. We strive to build capacity for addressing the AT needs of students with disabilities ages 3 - 22.

Our goal is to improve the ability of every district in Tennessee to support students’ access to AT. Our mission is to increase knowledge and skills of educators, service providers and others to effectively implement AT; improve student access to curricula and standardized assessments, and foster engagement and independence that support greater academic achievement.
